We are crazy about meatballs, and anyone who follows El Comidista will have found them in all possible ways: classic, with cuttlefish, chicken, turkey, vegetables, Mexican, Thai, express, without frying... we have even made lists of places where eat good meatballs in case you don't want to prepare them at home.
The only thing we needed was to adapt his recipe to the fashionable appliance, the air fryer.
These mini ovens work especially well with the balls: on the one hand, they brown them in no time, and on the other, they save you the hassle of frying them in a pan.
Our recipe allows you to eat them as is or with a simple yogurt or tomato sauce, but for those who want something more similar to traditional Spanish meatballs, we also prepare an onion and carrot sauce in which to bathe them.
