(ANSA) - MOSCOW, MARCH 28 - Moscow "regrets" that the UN Security Council did not approve yesterday evening a resolution presented by Russia itself condemning the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline and calling for an international investigation into the incident.
This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"Clearly we will continue our efforts to prevent the matter from being raised," the spokesman added, quoted by the Interfax news agency.
The resolution was approved by Russia, China and Brazil with 12 abstentions.
