(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 28 - More time to remedy formal irregularities and for special repentance.
This is what is foreseen in a draft of the new bill decree which modifies the calendar of the tax truce introduced by the budget law.
The date for the first installment to regularize irregularities, infractions and non-compliance with obligations or fulfilments, of a formal nature, committed up to 31 October 2022 has been postponed by seven months (from 31 March to 31 October 2023). for the tax period ending 31 December 2021 and earlier, the first installment will be postponed from 31 March to 30 September.
