(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 28 - Lorenzo Sonego wins the round of 16 of the Atp Masters 1000 tournament in Miami, Florida.
The 27-year-old from Turin n.59 in the world beat the 25-year-old American Frances Tiafoe 6-3 6-4, n.14 in the ATP rankings and 12th series mate in Miami.
In the next round Sonego will challenge the 24 year old Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, n.31 in the world.
This afternoon the US blue JannikSinner will be on the hard court, who will look for the quarterfinals by facing the Russian Andrey Rublev.
