(ANSA) - MILAN, MARCH 29 - Ten days of suspension and 18 hours divided into civic education and socially useful activities.
These are the disciplinary measures decided by the Carducci high school in Milan for the students who, on 4 March, hung the cardboard boxes of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the Minister of Education, Giuseppe Valditara, upside down, outside the institute.
The news of the process that led the institute to establish this punishment is given by a statement from the collective of the Mille Papaveri Rossi school, according to which, however, something got out of hand in the application of the sanctions.
According to the collective, the work carried out by the students takes place in a "humiliating" atmosphere.
Words that the high school principal Andrea DiMario rejects to the sender.
"I deny, falsehoods have been written - he says - the idea of publicly humiliated boys is neither in heaven nor on earth. I am disgusted, there have been no humiliations, we are not in a school in North Korea".
