At the heart of the battle, the long-awaited bill aimed at better regulating the business of influencers, examined this week by deputies.
While the text provides for the prohibition of the promotion of cosmetic surgery and risky financial investments, it only confirms on the subject of alcohol that influencers are subject to the regulations provided for by the Evin law.
