The report, which collects the reflections that emerged in a series of seminars dedicated to the potential illegal use of ChatGPT, underlines how the chatbot is already capable of "facilitating a significant number of criminal activities, ranging from ensuring the anonymity of criminals to specific crimes including terrorism and the sexual exploitation of minors".
