It seems that the teenager enjoyed the series, according to the words of her mother Katie Holmes.
In an interview with the American media Variety published this Tuesday, March 28, the latter notably delivered on their complicity.
The two watched together the series in which Katie Holmes began her career at the age of 18.

“My daughter saw

and it's very weird because she's a teenager.
I'm not one to say 'you have to see what mom does for work'.
But during the pandemic, we had a good laugh.
It's crazy to have a daughter who is almost the same age as the one I was when I started this career,” she noted.

, now 44, played the character Joey Potter from 1998 to 2003 in what was one of the most iconic series of the decade.
However, she did not specify how long it took her and Suri to watch all six seasons.

Asked about this, Katie Holmes had quickly closed the debate with Screen Rant in July 2022: “In fact, we all decided that we would not do it”.
The actors had nevertheless celebrated the 20th anniversary of the series in 2018 by posing for the cover of Entertainment Weekly.
