Alfredo Cospito - the FAI leader held in harsh prison and on hunger strike for months - "if subjected to an ordinary regime" can continue to be a "point of reference and source of indication of the criminal programmatic lines and the targets to be hit" by of his "accolytes" of the informal anarchist federation.
The Cassation underlines this in the reasons for the verdict which last February 24 confirmed the 41bis for Cospito of which it highlights the "persistent danger" and the lack of "dissociation" as highlighted by the Surveillance Court of Rome in the order of December 1, 2022.
The order of the Surveillance Court of Rome of December 2022 which confirmed the 41bis against the FAI leader Alfredo Cospito - on hunger strike against hard prison - is "exhaustive and correct" with regard to the indication of the "danger of connections" of Cospito "with the association of origin", the Informal Anarchist Federation, inferred "on the basis of factual elements, not contestable in order to be represented on the basis of certain data" and present in the judicial "deeds", as well as for not having manifested "in any way signs of dissociation".
The Cassation notes it in the confirmation of the 41bis.
