(ANSA) - ROME, MARCH 30 - Mimit (Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy), on a proposal from Ivass, has ordered the extraordinary administration and the dissolution of the bodies with administration and control functions vis-à-vis the insurance company Eurovita Holding spa and Eurovitaspa.
This can be read in a note from IVASS which appointed Alessandro Santoliquido Commissioner for the extraordinary management of both companies and Antonio Blandini, as Chairman, Sandro Panizza and Monica Biccari, members of the relative Supervisory Committees.
IVASS has also extended until 30 June 2023 the suspension of the redemptions of the insurance and capitalization contracts stipulated with Eurovita SpA, established with the provision of 6 February 2023. (ANSA).
