(ANSA) - MILAN, MARCH 30 - Olidata, a historical name in Italian information technology, has come out of the crisis thanks to Sferanet by Cristiano Rufini who, after the latest capital increase, is the controlling shareholder with 53.29% and returns to the Stock Exchange, whose prices they have been 'frozen' for 7 years.

The bell will ring next Monday and waiting for it are 4,500 small shareholders, including employees.

The prospectus was published today but "it is not possible to determine what the price of the shares will be - we read - including the new shares, after the restart of trading on Euronext Milan" but it should be remembered that the last trading price, recorded on 24 March 2016 , was equal to 0.154 and the subscription price of the shares in the context of the capital increase was equal to 0.1225 euro.

The Olidata crisis, recalls the prospectus published today, originated in the two-year period 2009-2010, when the company found itself facing a general situation of illiquidity on the markets and contraction in orders, which led to a consequent economic, financial and equity imbalance.

After a few failed attempts at recovery in 2016, it was placed in liquidation and the Italian Stock Exchange, on 29 March 2016, ordered the indefinite suspension from trading on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (now Euronext Milan) of the shares that had been admitted to listing in 1999. (ANSA).
