Aaron Carter
was found dead in the bathtub at his home in California.
Now the property is for sale, and if you were worried, know that the same bath in question is undergoing a massive renovation.
The property has seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, and the price tag attached to it is $850,000.
Carter purchased the house in 2019 and paid $430,000 for it, but after his death the price increased.
The amount requested, TMZ reported, will be transferred to the savings intended for Carter's son,
Prince
.
The broker dealing with the sale of the house told the site that there are currently five potential buyers who have already toured the property, and in her estimation it will be sold soon.
