The 48-year-old actress is selling her prestigious villa in South Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California.
A house (or should we rather speak of an estate given its surface area: 11,000 m2 which extend over 2 hectares) in which she lives with her husband, Jose Antonio Baston, and their son Santiago.

Built in 1996, the property has continued to see its value climb with the renovations undertaken by the couple.
Like Brad Pitt - who recently put his house in Los Feliz up for sale - Eva Longoria and Jose Antonio Baston intend to profit from this work.
Initially bought for 11.4 million dollars in 2015 (13.5 million euros), their villa has now reached almost 29 million dollars, or 21 million euros, according to the Dirt site.
Set back in a private road in Benedict Canyon, it is protected by electric gates and a video surveillance system.

A family cocoon but sumptuous
About ten bathrooms, 8 bedrooms, a spa made of mosaics, a glass cabin, 2 sports halls, a projection room, a large library, a wine cellar, play structures, a paddle court, tennis… Everything has been thought out so that the family lacks nothing.
Of Spanish inspiration, the house was decorated (among others) by Jose Antonio Baston, a passionate art collector who has shared the life of the actress since 2016. Thus sits in the dining room a painting by Damien Hirst , which the businessman gave to his wife when they learned that they were going to become parents.
A work that earned Eva Longoria to subtly make fun of her husband, whom she describes as a “frustrated interior designer”, in the pages of

The actress, who is at the head of her own production company, UnbeliEVAble Entertainment, will soon be in

However, she is keen to be present for her son Santiago, 4 years old.
Even if she travels a lot, Eva Longoria is always accompanied by her family.
“Home is where my son and my husband are, we settle down wherever we go.
