(ANSA) - ROVIGO, 04 APR - The gun that may have killed Rkia Hannaoui, the woman from Ariano Polesine (Rovigo) found dying at home and killed by a gunshot to the head, has been found.
According to what has been learned, the weapon was found in land near the house where the woman lived, together with her husband and her two children.
The autopsy carried out yesterday had ascertained the presence of a bullet in Rkia's skull, and confirmed the hypothesis made by the investigators after the inspection of the body and the brain.
On Wednesday 29 March, the Rovigo prosecutor's office spoke of a referral to her head "presumably due to a bullet" implying that the result of the autopsy was needed for confirmation or possible denial.
The autoptic examination also shows that the shot, fired from left to right, would not have been fired from close range.
