The text, of 30 articles, provides, among other things, for a monitoring of the reforms for the public administration, and provisions on the subject of public utility services of the number 1500 and safeguarding the employment levels necessary for its functioning, as well as changes to the discipline of 'Special Envoy for Climate Change.

About 3,000 hires are on the way in the public administration, around 1,700 are extraordinary
and a thousand, between 2023 and 2026, for the forces of order: the draft provides.
Scrolling through the attached tables, over a thousand are destined for Ministries, including managers, officials and assistants: 301 for the Interior, 11 for Culture, 20 for Infrastructure, 210 for Foreign Affairs, 103 for Agriculture, 4 for the Environment, 4 for Universities and research, 2 in the Ministry for Business and Made in Italy, 350 officials in the Labor Ministry, 142 in Tourism, 49 in Health.

The draft also provides for the stabilization of temporary workers who have worked in Regions, Provinces and Municipalities for at least three years:
the PA decree introduces various measures to strengthen the administrative capacity of local authorities.
In particular, the possibility is given to Regions, Provinces and Municipalities to proceed with the stabilization until 31 December 2026 who have exceeded 36 months on a fixed-term basis, within the limits
of the organic plan and after passing a "selective interview".
