Don't get us wrong - celebratory meals are nice, and elaborate and complex dishes are even nicer, but our Passover is mainly an excuse for matzah brai.

Matza Brai, a little later
the kraev starts even before the chametz barriers, increases on the eve of the holiday itself, and becomes uncontrollable the morning after Seder night.
So, when the alibi is completely justified, you can pull out the great recipe of "Garden Coffee Story", for salty brai matzah, tick off work in no time, and pile up a Passover picnic at home, or outside.
Oh, and there is also an egg salad and tzatziki lid (and also a perfect recipe for matzah braai in its sweet version).
Perfect, we already said.

Preparation
How do you make salty braai matzah, with egg salad and tzatziki?
1 For egg salad: hard-boiled eggs for nine minutes, cool and peel.
Pass them through the coarse part of the blender, and mix with the other ingredients, until you get a yellowish salad with the desired texture
2 For tzatziki: let the grated cucumbers rest in a strainer, so that they will release juices.
Filter, mix with the yogurt and the other ingredients.
Add olive oil before serving
3 For matzah brai: beat the eggs in a large bowl, add the milk, cream, spices (and the toppings for the green matzah brai, if desired).
Mix to obtain a uniform mixture
4 Break the matzah until you reach a well-mixed mass
5 Heat butter or canola oil in a medium pan over high heat.
Place from the mixture with a spoon or ladle "scoops" of the desired size, and fry until brown.
Remove to a flat plate with absorbent paper, and serve hot
