Ingredients
4 unleavened bread
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of potato flour
⅓ cup of milk
Chopped herbs (parsley, green onion, and dill)
1 onion
Salt
black pepper

Preparation
How do you make fritters?
1 Cut the onion into cubes and fry until brown.
Cool and set aside.
2 In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the milk, the spices, the flour, the fried onion and the herbs.
3 Crumble the matzah into small crumbs into the bowl and mix until the matzah absorbs the liquid.
4Heat oil in a pan, using a spoon create a pancake shape and place in the hot pan and flatten the top with a spoon.
Fry on a medium flame, when the bottom is done turn over and fry for another 5 minutes.
Repeat with all the batter.
