The stunning 52-year-old star Uma Thurman attended two high-profile events in two sophisticated, luxurious looks and a quiet color that only highlighted her natural beauty

Thurman

undoubtedly has a place of honor in the list of A-listers when it comes to the group of the highest quality Hollywood actresses.

But in the red carpet category, she is usually not one of the standouts.

And not because she can't.

It's all a matter of goal setting, and apparently Thurman chose for years not to take part in the game.

Recently, it seems that the 52-year-old star decided to warm up the engines in her figure when she launched a meticulous fashion presence in two multi-flash events.

The most recent look was recorded last weekend as part of the "Women Make History" awards ceremony held at the National Museum of Women's History in Washington DC.

Uma wore a maddening pastel peach midi dress from the Fall-Winter 23 collection of the Italian fashion house Prada.

The design of the super flattering dress includes a tailored pencil silhouette with long sleeves combined with a pocket and a military look collar.

She completed the total look with black slingback shoes with an ultra-pointy toe (one of the favorite models among the It Girls community) plus a black trapezoid brushed leather handbag - both courtesy of Prada.

The sleek glam was completed with hair pulled back with a side part and natural make-up that accentuated her blue eyes.

Another look that put Thurman on the fashion map took place about a month ago, when she appeared at the Ferragamo show in Milan.

It seems that the outfit she wore - a set of golf top and mustard colored suede slim pants - was chosen to echo the iconic yellow suit from "Kill Bill".

The Italian fashion house Ferragamo, founded 96 years ago in Florence, is currently launching an intriguing comeback through a refreshing facelift while maintaining a sophisticated core heritage under the direction of young creative director Maximilian Davies.

Davis, only 28 years old, was chosen for the position by the company's CEO Marco Gubetti, who signed off on the placement of Riccardo Tisci at Givenchy and Phoebe Philo at Celine, in order to shake off the conservative dust in favor of a desirable and up-to-date style.

The founder of the label, Salvatore Ferragamo, was associated with the old Hollywood glamor of the fifties and sixties, so the match with Uma Thurman is nothing less than bingo.

The Kill Bill star added a little more height with a pair of thin strappy heeled sandals that added lightness to the suede suit.

In this block as well, the actress presented a side part with her hair pulled up alongside natural looking makeup.
