But what do you know, paternity is not the only thing that Marciano managed to hide and we are talking about a real Eshkolot man.

Nut meringue and Nutella mousse
For the meringue
, 3 egg whites,
1 cup of sugar,
2 cups of ground walnuts,
heat the oven to 160 degrees,
mix together the sugar and egg whites in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat in 30-second rounds.
Stir between turns until the mixture is warm to the touch.
Transfer to the mixer bowl and beat at high speed until a very stable foam is obtained.
Fold in the ground nuts and mix gently.
Transfer to a piping bag and sprinkle small kisses.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes and cool
for Nutella mousse:
2 containers of sweet cream
Vanilla pudding
Half a container of Nutella
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer bowl at high speed, until a mousse texture is obtained
Transfer to a piping bag with a center
In a nice serving bowl, arrange the walnut kisses at the bottom, pour the Nutella mousse on top and repeat.
We will decorate the top layer with the pieces of walnut kisses we have left and roasted hazelnuts.
