(ANSA) - MOSCOW, APRIL 11 - Green light from Russian lawmakers to the law that provides for the creation of an electronic system for military summons, which would greatly facilitate the mobilization of men in the army, all while Moscow's campaign in Ukraine lasts for a second year.
The lower house of the Russian parliament, the State Duma, unanimously approved the legislation at second reading.
The chairman of the Duma Defense Committee Andrey Kartapolov said ahead of the vote that the country is not currently planning another wave of mobilisation.
