(ANSA) - PADUA, APRIL 11 - The Public Prosecutor's Office of Padua has asked the Municipality for the registration documents in the registry office of the children of gay couples, to submit them for evaluation by the Court.
Authoritative sources confirmed the initiative to ANSA.
The documents concern all the enrollments of children of same-parent couples registered since 2017, that is, since the center-left administration chose this path.
These are the cases of 32 children, all of pairs of mothers, the last ones signed by the mayor Sergio Giordani himself.
In theory, the Court could decide its nullity.
