"In the criminal trial for the Piazza della Loggia massacre against Roberto Zorzi, the undersecretary to the Prime Minister Alfredo Mantovano has authorized the establishment of a civil action in the interest of the Government".
This was announced in a note from Palazzo Chigi which explains that "the preliminary hearing was held on 23 March 2023, but the Presidency was not notified of it.
Upon the latter's indication, once it became aware of the judgment , the District Attorney of the State of Brescia presented a request for remission in terms, which the Court of Brescia accepted, and this made it possible to integrate the contradictory with the establishment of a civil action".
