(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 13 - The launch of Juice, the probe aimed at Jupiter and its 3 moons Europa, Ganymede and Callisto, which under the frozen surface hide oceans that could host life, has been postponed until tomorrow due to meteorological problems.
This was announced by the president of the Italian Space Agency (ASI), Giorgio Saccoccia, in connection with the European base in Kourou, where the launch was scheduled for 2.15 pm today.
The launch of the Juice mission has been postponed due to the risk of lightning, writes Arianespace, the company that manages the launches from the European base, on Twitter.
At the moment the launch is scheduled for 2.14 pm on April 14th.
