, accused of triple aggravated femicide, declared this Friday at the prosecution control hearing that
he has perceived himself as a woman
since he was a teenager, that he should be called Amanda, and requested as a strategy the
modification of the femicide cover

The event under investigation occurred in Bariloche on February 16, 2022, in the vicinity of Lago Escondido, in the Circuito Chico area of the Andean city, about 25 kilometers from downtown.
On that occasion, the defendant, who confessed to the act before the intervening judge,

Eduarda Santos de Almeida
six times,
causing her death.
When formulating the charges, the intervening prosecutor, Martín Lozada, stressed that the relationship that united both participants in the event constituted the features of a relationship of economic and emotional dependency,

After an arduous debate between the parties, without the possibility of reaching an agreement, the intervening judge, Juan Martín Arroyo, considered that the accusation was accurate and enabled the case to go to trial, when it will be time to decide which theory prevails in the case to be tried.
According to the experts, it was learned that Eduarda and Fernando Alves had a discussion in the house they shared at 200 Beethoven Street in the city of Bariloche.
Both decided to go to the so-called "Circuito Chico", a place frequented by tourists, near Lago Escondido.
The discussion continued until they got out of the Chevrolet car, owned by Alves.
