(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 15 - The large disturbance that today brought widespread rainfall to the Center-South is moving towards the Ionian Sea and will give rise to even more intense thunderstorms during the night, especially close to the central Adriatic regions, with strong winds.
This is indicated by a weather alert from the Civil Protection which concerns Marche, Abruzzo, Molise, Puglia, Basilicata, Campania, Calabria and Sicily, especially in the northern sectors of these last two regions.
Expect heavy showers, frequent electrical activity, possible hailstorms and strong gusts of wind.
For tomorrow, yellow alert was thus assessed for storm and hydrogeological risk in Umbria, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Marche, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Calabria and Sicily.
