The Matsaloi company will establish a construction evacuation project in the Raba-Lochmi Sinai complex in Ramat Gan. The project includes the construction of 78 new apartments in two 13- and 8-story buildings, which will be built instead of three 3-story buildings, totaling 28 units that will be demolished and vacated.
On the ground floor there is a commercial facade which will be demolished and rebuilt.
The complex covers an area of 1.5 dunams between the streets Lochmi Sinai 23-Ra'a 128+130. The plan includes the construction of a residential building with 78 apartments, as mentioned, in a mix of 3-5 room apartments, including penthouses and garden apartments. The project also plans a public area Open to residents at the corner of Hara and Lochami Sinai St. and 80 underground parking spaces.
The project is located at a distance of 250 meters from the station of mass transportation systems - the light rail and the metro.
The design is carried out by an architecture office - CPSL, which specializes in urban renewal projects in the area.
The consent of all the tenants in the complex was obtained

We are working with the Urban Renewal Directorate of the Ramat Gan Municipality to advance the planning, including the submission of a 'shadow plan' for the rest of the complex adjacent to the project."
