Three courageous seniors from Munich and the plastic surgeon Dr.
Caroline Kim reveals the secrets of the success of her cosmetic surgeries.
Every woman has her little secrets that she prefers to keep to herself.
A surgical cosmetic correction would probably be such a case for many.
The three Munich residents Linda St. (75), Rosa B. (80) and Traudl Weiß (81) see this – all three are patients of Dr.
Caroline Kim – but very different.
The plastic surgeon specializes in high-quality cosmetic surgeries for the elderly, among other things.

“We are active in life and enjoy it.
We are fit and full of plans.
Why shouldn't we take advantage of these opportunities when they do exist?” To encourage other women their age (and the lords of creation, by the way), these three powerful Golden Girls have decided to share their very personal and positive experiences publicly to report to cosmetic surgery.
Traudl (81) gets nice compliments
Traudl Weiß (80) has an acquaintance who obviously underwent a whole series of corrections: "Everyone sees it.
But she claims to this day that she didn't have anything done.
It's easy to say that," says Traudl Weiß (80) from Obergiesing, a former human resources clerk at an insurance company.
Six years ago she lost her husband: "His death was bad for me.
We were happy together for 58 years, married for 52 of those years.
I am thankful for so many beautiful memories.” Together they traveled the world, often going to the mountains.
After the period of mourning, Traudl decided to live again: "First I had my eyes lasered.
I wanted to get rid of the glasses.”
"Heavy lids, small slits: I didn't like my eyes anymore"
Then Traudl took care of her appearance: "First to the nail studio and to get eyelash extensions." But she wasn't satisfied: "I didn't like my eyes anymore.
Such small slits and such heavy eyelids.
I decided to change something.” The outpatient surgery for eye correction at Dr.
Kim only lasted an hour: “I could watch my eyes getting bigger by the day.
I liked that a lot.
It was exactly the right decision.” That was in April 2021. She now regularly goes to Dr.
Kim.
And gets nice compliments.
The friends say: “You look great.
Were you on vacation?” Traudl is always on the go.
She goes swimming twice a week.
Her passion is choir and church singing.
Her latest hobby: "I'm active on Instagram..
She has just returned from a long trip to the Caribbean.
Her family had given her for her 80th.
Rosa (80) encourages women: "It's important to feel beautiful"
To this day, she has gotten through life wonderfully without a cell phone, computer or internet.
However, when it comes to her appearance, Rosi B. from Thalkirchen is always open to the latest trends.
This applies to her clothes as well as to her face and especially to her beautiful blue eyes, "which got smaller and smaller under heavy drooping eyelids." The frown line also made her face appear tired and sad.
Shortly before the first corona lockdown in spring 2019, she had her upper eyelids fixed and the frown lines injected with Botox in an outpatient procedure that lasted almost an hour.
Shortly after the operation, her blue eyes came into their own again: "My niece noticed it straight away.
But nobody else.” It's important to me that I feel beautiful.
I only did this for myself.
Linda (75) had her eyelids tightened
A look in the mirror confirms Linda St. (74) every day that she made the right decision.
Linda has had a tough few years.
In 2020 her husband died.
Just three months later, she was diagnosed with breast cancer for the third time.
All of this had left marks that Linda didn't want to put up with.
She was particularly bothered by the asymmetry of her bust size – one of her breasts was removed as part of a mastectomy.
So in 2021 she asked Dr.
Caroline Kim for advice.
She explained the three options to her: "Either the amputation of the healthy breast, a breast augmentation or the reduction of the existing breast." Linda opted for the last option and also had her upper eyelid tightened: "I was very satisfied with these two results ."

The problem with the missing breast remained.
Linda now wears a bra with a breast prosthesis.
These bras are only available in medical supply stores: "They're not exactly attractive.
The manufacturers of this special lingerie should think about it.
Beautiful laundry is important for our self-esteem.” For Linda, an attractive appearance also includes inner satisfaction through daily sport, voluntary work and nice trips.
Linda gets a lot of nice compliments – “mostly from women.
The gentlemen don't really dare."
