  • 200 g green asparagus (peeled 150 g)

  • 250 g broccoli (200 g stalk and florets)

  • 2 spring onions (30 g, cleaned)

  • 20 grams of coconut oil 

  • 300 ml vegetable broth 

  • 150 ml coconut milk (70-90 percent) 

  • Salt 

  • green pepper from the mill 

  • 1-2 tsp lime juice 

The preparation of the healthy green asparagus and broccoli cream soup is quick and easy

  • Peel the lower third of the asparagus, remove the woody ends, wash the asparagus spears and cut into pieces.

    Wash the broccoli, peel and chop the stalk, cut the florets into pieces.

    Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions.

    Then finely chop the vegetables in two portions in the blender.

  • coconut oil

    Heat in a saucepan and briefly sauté the chopped vegetables while stirring.

    Pour on, bring to the boil and simmer covered for about 6 minutes.

  • Add all but 2 tablespoons of the coconut milk to the soup, puree with a hand blender and season with a little salt, pepper and lime juice.

  • Pour into two bowls and drizzle with the remaining coconut milk.
