are the investment trend of the tourism sector in Mendoza.

that opened their doors in the last year and a half.
1. Susana Balbo winemaker's house
The
Susana Balbo winery
has
a small luxury hotel in the charming town of
Chacras de Coria in the middle of an area of restaurants, bars and close to important wineries in Luján de Cuyo.

with à la carte services, a haute cuisine restaurant and a unique proposal with aerial safaris in an amphibious plane.
The house at 5022 Viamonte street in Chacras de Coria was the family home of the winemaker and her daughter, Ana Lovaglio Balbo.
The property has six thousand meters of garden and a main building with large doors and original floors;
pool, barbecue area and stove.
The seven suites have a living room, terrace, private garden, ergonomically designed bathtub, heated loungers and outdoor fireplace.
Four of the suites are even more special and offer a dry sauna.

Guests can delight in a cellar with great country wines selected by Susana Balbo herself.
The
works of art
by Mendoza artists and other guests are another of the attractions of the hotel.
La Vida restaurant
offers
the Chef's Table experience and is open to the public at night.
It is in charge of the cook Flavia Amad Di Leo (also responsible for the kitchen of Osadía de Crear).
The 14-course menu paired with wines is inspired by the Tree of Life.
The hotel's gastronomy seeks to value local products: almonds, walnuts, trout, duck, peas, black olives, garlic, tomato, carrot, among other ingredients.
The restaurant is run by chef Flavia Amed Di Leo.

2.Gaia hotel
Domaine Bousquet opened its Gaia Lodge, a new lodging option in its
organic winery in Gualtallary
, Tupungato, which joins the bistro of the same name and the complete offer of activities to enjoy nature.

three-story hotel
is located on the winery's terroir and has

, each with a balcony overlooking the mountain or the valley and its vineyards.
In addition, the inn offers personalized concierge service, transfers, bar and restaurant.
The main premise with which the interior design was worked was to
recreate and reflect the organic philosophy
of Domaine Bousquet.
The names of the suites go through the representative cities in the winery's history: Carcassonne, Madrid, Brussels, Miami, Vancouver, Buenos Aires, San Pablo, New York and Stockholm;
and each one has a color that represents it according to the national flower of the country or of each city.

3. La Morada Life
The La Morada Life project, located in a large vineyard in the
heart of the Los Chacayes district,
in Valle de Uco, continues to progress steadily with

tiny houses
that function as independent units, and access the hotel services of La Morada Lodge .

4. Huentala Wines
The Mendoza group Huentala Inversiones Hoteleras opened an accommodation next to the
Valle de Uco
winery and is preparing the arrival of the Hilton chain in Mendoza this year, with a themed hotel from its Curio Collection by Hilton line.

Huentala Wines' country proposal

5. Los Chozos Wine Houses
Located in Alto Agrelo, 40 minutes by car from the city of Mendoza, it has 15 high-end houses,
inspired by the uros of Lake Titicaca.
The architectural design is by the plastic artist Sergio Roggerone.

The field -800 hectares of vineyards at the foot of the Andes- belongs to the Young Woo and Associates group, together with the Mendoza company Grupo Armentano.
It was designed to welcome wine lovers and, in turn, revalue Andean culture through architecture and craft work with local artists.
The houses have a unique design, since each house has vaulted ceilings.
They were built with noble materials, handmade by local artists, which blend harmoniously with the infinite landscape of vineyards.
The houses are inspired by the uros of Lake Titicaca.

6.Durigutti Family Winemakers
The accommodation in the winery town of
Las Compuertas
, Luján de Cuyo, is inside Finca Victoria, on the premises of the Durigutti Family Winemakers winery.
It has
two guest houses
to relax in comfort and tranquility in front of the
oldest Malbec vineyards

The Victoria and Viticultor houses have capacity for up to four guests each;
and both have two double or twin bedrooms with private bathroom en suite and living room, kitchen dining room, plus gardens with services (gallery, grill, stove).
Guests have breakfast service, cleaning service, laundry, amenities, 24-hour security and Wi-Fi, among others.
Just by walking a few meters, they can enjoy (previous reservation) a visit to the winery and access the restaurant Cinco Suelos, Cocina de Finca, run by the renowned chef Patricia Courtois.
The gastronomy of the winery prioritizes seasonal products with artisan care in their preparations.
There are two proposals: Menú 5 Soils with three steps à la carte with optional wine by the bottle or flights of wines;
