For children, disorder is usually part of normal everyday life.

Triplet mom and influencer Alisa still has tips on how to deal with it.

Everyday life with children can be exhausting at times.

If mothers then also have several children of the same age, this usually becomes a real challenge.

Influencer and mother of three Alisa (32) can also sing a song about it.

The 32-year-old mother of triplets gives her followers an insight into her family life under the same name on the social media platform Instagram.

With three one-year-olds there is always something going on here and there is hardly any time to tidy up.

In a post, she reveals how Alisa remains calm and brings order to her home.

"I'm often asked how I even manage to do something around the house with triplets," Alisa writes under a video.

In this she shows the normal chaos that often prevails in the home of three small children.

With her honesty, she wants one thing above all: to encourage other mothers.

"To all mommies: You don't have to be perfect!" Is her appeal at the beginning of the video and further: "It's quite normal that it looks like this.

You are not alone.” Toys, diapers, clothes, pillows and other items lying around on the floor can be seen.

The mother of three still has to cope with a large mountain of laundry.

"There are days when I'm stressed when there's something lying around everywhere and the three of them make a mess somewhere else," she explains.

"Some days I just don't care because I'm broken and I need a break." Like probably other mothers, she is then plagued by questions like, "What do other people think when they visit us and the house is so 'dirty'?" However, she has an antidote for such thoughts: "But you know what?

It doesn't matter what it looks like, because your children won't say later: Mom was always super neat and clean!".

Instead, they would remember the great things their moms and dads did with them.

“We only have a limited amount of time with our children.

It's okay if it's not tidy."

This is how the influencer keeps her apartment tidy despite triplets

Her answer to the question of how she gets her household in shape with triplets is: “I only do something around the house when the three of them are taking their afternoon nap.” Because: “Cleaning up doesn't make sense when the girls are 'playing'. .. that lasts maybe five minutes and then there is chaos and that's okay, "said the influencer.

"We're all in the same boat.

We don't have to be perfect.

Our children don't care if everything sparkles with cleanliness.

Take the pressure off.

(...) We parents do a great job and can really be proud of ourselves every day," she emphasizes again under her post.

Your followers are enthusiastic about it in the comments:

  • “The video is so great!

    Thanks for that!

I have to remind myself every day that the apartment doesn't have to be top notch."

  • "Just wonderfully written.

That's exactly how I see it too."

  • “Oh yes, I only have one child, but I work full-time in care.

There are some things I just can't do and I think that's ok now."
