The Orlando Magic Italian-American obtained 98 votes out of 100. The 20-year-old (born in Seattle but with an Italian passport, who has not yet decided whether or not to play for the national team) averaged 20 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.7 assists, playing a key role in the reconstruction of Orlando.
In his first game with the Magic shirt, last October, he distinguished himself by scoring 29 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and then continued to confirm his talent.
In second place in the "Rookie of the year" ranking is Jalen Williams (Oklahoma City), while in third place is Walker Kessler (Utah).
