The Prosecutor General of Rome has requested confirmation of the life sentence for Marco and Gabriele Bianchi for the murder of Willy Monteiro Duarte, kicked and punched in a square in Colleferro in September 2020. The prosecution representative, in the context of the second degree trial, he also asked the Court of Assizes of Appeal to reiterate the convictions, for the charge of complicity in murder, for Mario Pincarelli, who was sentenced to 21 years in prison in the first degree and Francesco Belleggia already sentenced to 23 years.
During the indictment, the prosecution representative stated that "Willy's death is an indecent event, it is absurd in the reasons and in the ways that led to it".
For the pg the action lasted about 50 seconds.
"In this period of time, all the defendants have not only never given up but, on the contrary, have intensified the conduct: they did so by acting four against one, continuing all this time to torment Willy, raging on a body which, since first seconds, he already appeared totally submissive," he added.
