(ANSA) - MILAN, APRIL 27 - "All hypotheses are open" regarding the future superintendent of La Scala, extending the contract of the current theater director Dominique Meyer for one year, renewing it for another five, or thinking of a replacement.
The mayor of Milan Giuseppe Sala said it after today's meeting of the board of directors in which, however, this was not discussed.
"We don't want to address the issue now," he added.
"I remind you that La Scala's board of directors has always acted in a unified manner and therefore my aim will be to avoid divisions and find a solution, when necessary, that brings everyone together".
