For the first time:

the first Pinoy Binui project in the Galilee landscape and in the remote outskirts of the North District is progressing towards the start of execution.

The representatives of the Baral Group and the Tirosh Company, the promoters of the project, along with the Nof HaGalil Municipality, held a ceremony at the weekend to lay the cornerstone for the information center of the Nega project, a magnificent building that at the end of the project will be used as a public building for the well-being of the residents.

In the continuation of the project, 120 old and neglected apartments on Hatirosh Street in the city will be demolished - and in their place will be built an innovative mixed-use project that will include 778 new housing units, in an optimal location near the "Nofit" light rail and adjacent to "Nopark", one of the most beautiful urban parks in Israel.

The plan to establish the project has already been approved by the district committee and it has been defined by it as a "groundbreaking" project.

These days, the entrepreneurial companies together with the representatives of the municipality are working to complete the conditions for obtaining the permit to demolish the old buildings and start the construction of the project.

The project is planned by the Ministry of

or architects, and at the center of it is the urban connection between the large urban park - "Nopark" and the new residential complex, through a significant green public space, which extends the entire length of the project.

The planned construction includes 7 residential towers of 15-27 floors that include a variety of housing units ranging from 2-room apartments to luxurious penthouses overlooking the spectacular view of the valley fields.

Out of all the units, about 25% will be small housing units.

Also, as part of the construction of the project, there will be a significant upgrade of the existing urban infrastructures and the construction of several new public buildings that will be built by the developers.

In this framework, day care centers and kindergartens, a synagogue, a multi-purpose building, a sports building, sports fields, play facilities and green areas will be established.

Also, roads, sidewalks and urban infrastructure will be developed within the scope of the project for the benefit of all the residents of the neighborhood.

The innovative information center, the construction of which has now begun, will serve as an information center for apartment owners and after the completion of the project will serve as a public building for the residents' well-being.

"A historic day for the Galilee landscape and the entire northern region"

During the event, the mayor, Ronan Plot, noted that this is a historic day for the Galilee landscape and the entire northern region: "In the northern region there are quite a few projects in the field of evacuation and construction that are in various planning procedures, but the project in the Galilee landscape is the first to be implemented and this is undoubtedly an important historical moment. I have no doubt that the "Nega" project, as its name was revealed at the event, is only the first swallow, after which many other projects in the Galilee landscape were launched that are in various planning procedures, some of them are very advanced. The demolition of the old and neglected houses in the old neighborhoods and the construction of new houses in their place is a net profit for the owners of the houses For the residents, for the city, and of course also for the entrepreneur and the state."

Ariel Babli, the founder and owner of the Baral Group and a native of Nof HaGalil, stated that: "I am excited to be a part of the building of the city where I grew up and was educated. For me, this is not another construction project, but a closing of the circle and a great blessing. The Nega project is the largest construction evacuation project in the north of the country, and it will include besides 7 residential towers, also an office tower, extensive commercial areas and environmental development that will create a residential environment with extensive areas for the benefit of the tenants. The project would not have been launched without the unprecedented support of all the representatives of the municipality and without the trust and cooperation we received from the apartment owners in the project."

Mrs. Alona Shapira, one of the representatives of the apartment owners in the project, also noted that this is a historic moment: "I am grateful for the privilege of standing here on the stage at this moment, this project that is launched today is a lever for other construction evacuation projects in the city and the entire periphery. It will provide us with security against tremors land and from missile attacks and I want to thank the mayor and the representatives of the municipality without whom this would not have happened and all the employees of the Barel Group who do a wonderful job."
