(ANSA) - ROME, 04 MAY - With intelligent buildings, i.e. reconverted with efficient and smart technologies, there would be savings of around 12-14 billion euros (230 euros per capita), equal to 20-22% of Italian household bills in the 2022.
The data emerges from the Strategic Report of the first edition of the Community smart building, the high-level comparison platform launched by The European House - Ambrosetti with the aim of mapping the industrial, technological and service base connected to smart building in Italy.
The report, presented in Rome, indicates that from an environmental point of view, water consumption would also be reduced by 4-5% and emissions from the building sector by between 19 and 28%.
There are 120 technologies to be put in place for efficient and smart transformation, explains the Report, from digital and management applications to the building management system, from integration and control platforms to security, from air conditioning to lighting, from energy production to water resource management.
