This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky speaking at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.


   Speaking to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that only "the creation of a special tribunal for Russian aggression would be able to respond to Moscow's aggression" "It is unfair to future generations to leave problems that we cannot resolve now", it is "wrong for anyone to be afraid to give full force to justice: this is "the war we didn't want,
