  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pack (à 270 g) puff pastry on the refrigerated shelf

The preparation is simple and quick:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection.
  • Wash the green asparagus, cut off the woody ends and cut into pieces of about 4 cm.
  • Mix together the crème fraîche, eggs, grated cheese, chives, garlic, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Unroll the puff pastry and cut into six equal squares. Press each piece of dough into a greased hollow of a muffin tin. Make sure you keep enough distance.
  • Spread the cream and asparagus in the hollows.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes until the puff pastry is golden and the cream is set.
  • Taste warm or cold.
