The Israel Land Authority today (May 8) publishes the winning companies in the tender for the construction of 5 housing units in three high-density construction complexes in the Cramim, Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut neighborhood: Ran-Or Engineering Construction and Investments Ltd., Ir David Construction and Development (234) Ltd. and Netanel Group Ltd. 3 bids were submitted for this tender.
According to the terms of the Israel Land Authority's tender, 1993 housing units will be marketed at a target price and 16 on the open market, with the apartments sold at a NIS 187,47 discount to the price of the apartment on the open market.

The starting price of the housing units, which will be marketed to those eligible under the Target Price Plan, will be NIS 1.758 million for an 85 square meter apartment, NIS 2.090 million for a 100 square meter apartment, and NIS 2.532 million for a 120 square meter apartment. In addition, all apartments will include a balcony, storage room and parking.
These prices, as stated, according to appraisers' estimates, reflect a NIS 300,30 discount from the value of the property. The plots marketed in the tender are part of the East Vineyards plan in Modi'in-Maccabim-Reut, which covers about 9.330 dunams and lies between Nissan Street in the east and Adar Street in the west. The plan includes <> housing units in a diverse mix alongside public institutions and a path for public welfare.
