- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 400 ml of beer
- 500 ml broth (e.g. vegetable broth)
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 200 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 200 g cheddar, grated
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- Chives rolls, to taste
