For the next step, you need your full subscription number, your date of birth and your own zip code. You can then select which subscription you want to edit or cancel, in this case the "Deutschlandticket".

Under "What do you want to do" you can then select "Termination". To do this, you have to specify a reason for termination and a termination date.
