The entrance to the City from the south zone is affected this Wednesday by the cut of the Buenos Aires-La Plata highway that the owners of long-distance buses who claim an extension to continue circulating are made at the height of the Riachuelo.
The interruption of a lane began at 5 at the height of the Riachuelo, in the direction of Capital Federal. The owners of the long-distance buses claim an extension since their units are expired by law and cannot be used to transport passengers.
The cut, which generates significant delays, affects three of the four lanes of the highway, leaving only one enabled for the passage of vehicles. Aubasa personnel make traffic detours at the exit of kilometer 12 towards the Avellaneda industrial park.
The owners of the long-distance buses located the units from the exit of the Dock Sud toll to the Riachuelo, along almost three kilometers. The traffic chaos resulted in lines of more than ten kilometers with serious difficulties to advance to the City.
On the other hand, in the Metropolitan Area of Buenos Aires (AMBA), traffic on the Riccheri highway is congested towards the Federal Capital, by the cut of the Dellepiane highway and with a detour to General Paz Avenue, while in the opposite direction, at the entrance to the Ezeiza International Airport, it is presented with normal march.
General Paz Avenue is loaded with traffic and with delays in both directions the areas of the Buenos Aires neighborhoods of Villa Lugano and Villa Devoto
Meanwhile, the Pan-American and Western highways are with more loaded traffic in the direction of downtown Buenos Aires, with some delays in the links with General Paz Avenue and in the Haedo area.

Likewise, the circulation is intense in the main bridges that cross the Riachuelo (Pueyrredón, Nicolás Avellaneda, Ezequiel Demonty, Olímpico and de la Noria).
On the other hand, it was specified that in the main national routes (3, 5, 7, 9, 8, 12, 14, 205, and 40) there is vehicular circulation without interruptions in both directions, as well as in Highway 2 and in the rest of the Buenos Aires Atlantic routes.
The San Martin train line, meanwhile, operates with a Sunday schedule and with delays and cancellations due to technical causes that prevent all its formations from circulating, reported from Trenes Argentinos.
As for the Mitre railway, the Tigre branch has its reduced service between said head station and Belgrano "C", while the José León Suárez branch service is made from that town to the Tres de Febrero station due to works at the Retiro station.
The other train lines (Sarmiento, Roca, Urquiza, Belgrano Norte, Belgrano Sur and the Tren de la Costa) run on schedule, as do all subway and Premetro lines.
