  • 200 g cooking
  • 150 g carrots
  • 10 g parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g processed cheese
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp pepper
  • 250 ml of milk
  • 300 g of rice
  • 200 g grated cheese

The preparation is quick and easy:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C convection.
  • Cut the cooked ham into cubes. Wash, peel and grate the carrots coarsely. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, processed cheese, cream, salt, pepper and milk.
  • Add the cooked ham, carrots, parsley, rice and grated cheese and fold in.
  • Pour into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until the rice is cooked.
  • It goes well with a mixed green salad.
