At the top of the kitchen cabinets, stubborn fat deposits quickly accumulate. However, these can be solved quickly with natural home remedies.

Anyone who takes a look at the top of their kitchen cabinets from time to time knows it: Grease fumes produced during cooking and frying are deposited on top of the cabinets over time. Together with dust and other dirt, a stubborn, sticky layer of grease gradually forms, which is difficult to remove with conventional cleaning agents. Extractor hoods filter some of the whirled up grease from the air, but by no means everything.

To get rid of the layer of grease on the kitchen cabinets, you need an excellent grease remover, which can be made by yourself from a few home remedies. Baking soda and lemon juice is certainly already known to many as a natural cleaning agent. And this is how they make an anti-fat mixture from it:

  • Mix half a cup of baking soda with a cup of water in a bowl. Then add a squeeze of lemon juice.
  • Stir everything until the baking soda has dissolved in the water.
  • Now spread the grease-dissolving mixture on the top of the kitchen cabinets with the help of a sponge and let it soak for a few minutes.
  • Finally, wipe the kitchen cabinet with a damp cloth – done.

The fat deposits should now have dissolved. In case of very stubborn residues, you can repeat the procedure.
