You'll have to believe us when we say it's not an easy job, not an easy job at all.

To try all the new products that come out to the Israeli market (and sometimes also outside it), to taste before everyone else, deliveries and more deliveries, paper bags that accumulate in the office (and at home), a constant feeling of satiety.

Seriously, it's harder than it seems, and no one pays you for the gym, or compensates you for the rapidly developing sense of FOMO in the psyche.

To all articles in the "New on the Shelf" sectionHowever, the "New on the Shelf"

section, with its tasters, curiosities and loyal consumers, was once again on its way, determined and mission-oriented. And this time - a pour that winks at the cheese holiday, breakfast with a surprise billet-in and pizza waiting for votes. Yes, we are very eclectic.

Enjoy!

Milky Trio, Strauss

Strauss's Milky Trio (Photo: Strauss)

The popular delicacy brand, and a justified star in its own right in this very section, expands shelves with Milky Trio.

This is a three-layer milk delicacy (pudding, mousse and whipped cream), which for now comes in two flavors - dark chocolate, chocolate mousse, and whipped cream, as well as white chocolate, strawberry and whipped cream flavored mousse.

Strauss refers to the new member of the series as disrupting eating rituals, and in fact recommends one big spoon that takes a little bit of everything, on the way to a fun texture combination. This of course works, when both versions speak the same language inside the cup, and of course also works as a dance of this past and once this and once this. Now only missing is the fourth layer, the one that will bring the crunch.

In two words: the Holy Trinity.

Medley Pizza, Domino's Pizza

The Eurovision craze of Noa Kirel and Doran Medley naturally spills over into the world of food, with the colorful launch of the large pizza chain.

It's Medley Pizza, a limited-edition platter of course (until Saturday, May 13), inspired by the outstanding creator's favorite combination. The pizza includes "all the toppings he likes," as Domino's puts it—goat gouda, parmesan, kalamata olives, garlic confit, cherry confit and oregano—and works fine despite what at first seems to be a load of interests and textures. In practice, it carries well in the popular Mediterranean directions, and may be a hit even after all the votes are over. Price: 85.90 per tray, or tin that adds a classic family for 62 NIS.

In three words: Unicorn, come on?

Salted Pretzel Cream Pillows, Thelma

The super-popular breakfast cereal is also expanding shelves, with the launch of a new flavor.

These pillows are filled with salty pretzel cream, a limited edition (of course) that joins existing flavors (nougat, vanilla, chocolata and black) and also offers a crunchy twist billet-in, in the form of fragments of pretzels ground into the filling. In practice, this is a bowl that eliminates quickly, with reasonable sweetness (although even less possible) and something to be careful with and preach moderation when the bag is opened.

In two words: Good morning!

Protein Bars, Corny

The Great Cereal Bar Brand expands its protein bar line with two new flavors.

These are Corny with vanilla milk chocolate and Corny with cookie-flavored milk chocolate - both with 30% protein, and no added sugar, and both with a good energy boost, and mild flavors of sweetness. Price: NIS 8.90-11.90.

In four words: for the sporty, but not only.

Potato chips Wavy Messi, Elite

Elite's excellent potato bar renews packaging and brings back the genius of Argentine football to its covers.

The familiar crispness hasn't changed, the wavy cut is still there, and by and large it's just a shell, but it's a piece of envelope, which turns on very young people and very old circles. In that respect, a goal.

In four words: Sometimes it's also the pitcher.

Blueberry Ale, Gems

The Israeli brewery is expanding its offerings with Blubeerry Ale, a beer with light blueberry aromas and flavors, as it defines it.

The launch, which was timed for the last Independence Day, continues well after it, winking at the bastards for weeks, with a beer that's bitter as required and fruity only at the edge, with 7.5% alcohol, which adapts to slightly too long family occasions. Price: 15 NIS.

In a word: Cheers!
