The payslip of a headhunter caused a stir. The video has achieved almost two million views so far (as of April 12, 2023).

How much salary does a headhunter make?
The salary of a headhunter is variable. As in other professions, it depends, among other things, on experience and time spent in the company. The website absolventa.de speaks of a starting salary of just under 4,000 euros – gross and without surcharges.
But in many cases, the headhunter salary increases by a commission. This is also what causes a stir in the TikTok video. According to the payslip, the premium is a whopping 21,304.55 euros in this case.

How is a headhunter's commission calculated? There are different models: fixed premiums at the conclusion of the contract or percentage commissions. The latter are often based on the annual salary of the brokered commission. Depending on the difficulty of the search, the percentages in premiums also increase.
