He will lovingly accept any cheese in the fridge and any side dish you want. In any case, we recommend purchasing an oven stone that will always do a good job, but even if you don't have one, it's not too bad.

For a quick yeast-free dough
- 3 cupsflour (420 g)
- 1/<> tsp. baking powder
- 1 teaspoonsalt
- 2 tablespoonsolive oil
- 1/4 coriander
- 1 cup white cheese or yogurt/potash/sour cream (250 g)
Over the dough
- Tomato paste or pizza sauce
- Yellow cheese or mozzarella
- Olives and/or onions, mushrooms, corn, anchovies and more

Method of preparation
How do you make a quick pizza without yeast?
1Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and grease oven pan or line with parchment paper.
2Mix all the dough ingredients in a bowl in the order listed, until a uniform dough is obtained. If the dough is too wet, add a little flour and, if too dry, a little water or milk.
3Roll out the dough (or stretch with your hands) to the desired thickness. Place on the pan, spread your chosen sauce, sprinkle with your favorite toppings and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the pizza is golden.
4Tip: In the dough, try to put flavored cheese (it's no problem to use cheeses after they expire). If there's no tomato paste or pizza dressing, matbucha salad or Turkish salad will work well, or whatever you have in the fridge, too.
