Method of preparation

How do you make sweet and sour chicken?

  • 1We will observe the chicken cubes in cornstarch on all sides.
    Heat oil for deep frying and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown.
    Let's set aside, on a plate with absorbent paper or on a grid.

  • 2Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
    Heat a wok with 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the bell peppers and all the other ingredients on a high flame for a minute or two, no more (to keep the texture firm).

  • 3Add the chicken cubes and sauce, sauté for a minute or two and serve alongside white rice.
