3. Grilled burger with pineapple and bacon
Pineapple in the burger? Goes well. If that's too experimental for you, just leave them out. When the grill is unpacked on the way, the minced meat patties should already be prepared.
For 2 servings you will need the following ingredients:
- 240 g minced beef
- 4 tablespoons barbecue or teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 slices of pineapple (fresh or canned)
- 4 slices of bacon
- 2 burger buns
- 1 handful of lettuce leaves to taste
To prepare, knead the minced meat with the barbecue sauce, salt and pepper and form two burgers. Place a slice of pineapple on top and wrap two slices of bacon crosswise around each so that the pineapple has some grip.
Grill the patties on the preheated grill for about four minutes on each side. Place between a burger bun, add a few lettuce leaves and barbecue sauce to taste and feast.
