Nair Abad, councillor of the Frente de Todos in Quilmes, suffered severe burns after an argument with her partner.
The incident happened on Saturday around 10.30, when Abad arrived at the house of his ex-partner, identified as Federico Franco, located on Misiones and Ituzaingó streets, in the Itatí neighborhood, in the town of Bernal, Quilmes party.
According to the first testimonies, everything happened after an argument in the young man's house. Police sources confirmed to Clarín that the event that triggered the burns occurred in the kitchen of the house, although the mechanics are still being investigated.
Franco (32), meanwhile, also suffered burns, but of lesser severity, and was referred to the Bicentennial Hospital of Monte Grande.
The Fiscal Unit of Instruction (UFI) No. 5 of Quilmes, in charge of Jorge Zaizar, is investigating the cause.
