A traditional Turkish or Balkan dessert (depending on where your grandmother came from) that chef Shaul Ben Aderet suggests (only if you want) to change flavors and replace cinnamon with a vanilla stick or a few drops of rose water.
On top, you can decorate the dessert with seasonal fruit, or even candied pecan chips, or peanuts, and the sutlach will also lovingly accept cookie fragments.

- 2 cups cooked rice (without salt of course)
- 1 coriander
- 3 tablespoonssugar or honey
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (plus a little for garnish)

Method of preparation
How do you make sutlach - a rice dessert with milk?
1Cook all ingredients for 5 minutes over low heat for a thick pudding.
2Pour into glasses and cool in the refrigerator.
3Before serving, sprinkle a little cinnamon if you like, or sliced fruit.
